03 Account Management
The security of your account is your own responsibility. Please follow these guidelines:

- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 and full KYC verification is mandatory.
- Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours. Larger amounts may take up to 48 hours.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

06 Gaming Rules

After account closure, relevant data may be retained for a legally required period.
11 Limitation of Liability
999 kg shall bear no responsibility in the following cases:

- When account information is compromised due to the user's own negligence.
- Due to delays or errors on the part of third-party payment providers.
